Very impressed by Climatech. Received a quote, picked an installation package, and the system was fully installed less than 72hrs later. The installers were very nice, and worked efficiently. Larry, the employee that sold us the system stopped by midway through the install to check-in, which was a nice surprise. We purchased the "Bryant Evolution" system, and it has made a 100% difference in the feel of our home. It cooled a 2k sqft home from 81 to 72 very quickly, and it is a quiet system. I would recommend Climatech/Bryant to friends and family.

I called Climatech for the first time after my central air conditioner gave up the ghost. I was a bit leery because of the negative reviews on this site but my experience was the exact opposite. I would recommend Climatech to everyone. They sent out a technician the same day I called and the charge for the visit was much lower than I expected. He very quickly diagnosed what the problem was and explained to me exactly what was happening with my system, and also how much it would cost to fix. To the penny. He did not have the part with him but left and returned with it in less than half an hour. Everyone I dealt with at Climatech was friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed to want to help. A+ and 5 stars!

I didnt even want to give one star..unit is only 2 years old and have had nothing but problems. They charge me when they come out and everything has been installer fault. And 4 am we had the fire department out because unit caught fire. Call for someone to come out and tech finally called and talked his way out of coming til office opens...will not recommend this company at all.

I can always count on Climatech! I have worked with this team of experts since 1998. Four professionals showed up at 9:30 am and completed the installation of a HUGE new Bryant Heating and Air System by 4:30 pm. One team elevated the base for the new exterior A/C unit installation, while another duo replaced the new heating system in the attic. (They even tidied up a bit of attic debris too. Thanks guys!) In addition, these men had better manners than I have been exposed to in quite a long time. I appreciate these Talented Gentle Giants. Even my furry Schnauzer snored under the bed comforter while the A/C purred softly. Thank you once again Climatech.... There is no place like HOME!

My main A/C went down on a Sunday with temps in the mid-80's. I called Climatech that Sunday evening to schedule an appointment. I was called at 7:30 AM and the technician David arrived shortly after 9. Extremely friendly, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, and repaired the unit on the spot. I have used Climatech exclusively for 35 years for new units and service. Always great service and hard to beat on price.

He used clear language to explain the condition of my systems, was thoughtful in keeping the house clean, and didn't give a hard sell for system changes. I was given a 0900-1100 time frame and at exactly 0900 David McCullough, the Climatech technician, knocked on my door. He went right to work, inspected our unit, replaced the air filter and was finished in a timely manner. Very courteous and professional. Hope to see David when the next service visit rolls around.

I have just started with this company so far I am very impressed! After leaving another company that I have been with for 20 years for reasons I will not disclose I found this company rather refreshing! The only reason I withheld the fifth ⭐️is there is a follow up visit to be made! Maybe because my prior company made me a little more cautious about giving that fifth ⭐️! I will say so far so good! But from what I’ve seen I am pretty confident I will be giving them that fifth ⭐️!! Excellent office staff and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable!
