NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Climatech installed 3 new air conditioning units in my home. They fell through my living room ceiling installing one.. They did not want to fix the damage. During a routine service they loosened a pipe and flooded the ceiling. They did not fix the damage. The units have never worked properly. They refuse to address the issues. They are eager to sell but refuse to deal with their poor workmanship,

I started getting whiffs of Marijuana, kept looking at cars passing me, as I went around the work van, I noticed it was a bigger gentleman smoking marijuana. An employee, in a company van.

Because of the last storm water running up so high in our back yard , our 4 ton AC unit to our home got flooded . When storm water flooded into it as result , it broke. So Larry came over promptly , gave me an excellent price. He was professional , kind , straightforward and quick about helping me. It was around 90 degrees that day and he saw we were hot. So he had his crew come in and start work the next day. I was so impressed by his speed and the skilled handiwork of his crew . Other HVAC contractors I called called me back in a week to give a quote, but it was already installed pumping fresh new cold air in here . I cannot say enough about MY HERO LARRY !! GOD BLESS YOU SIR AND YOUR WHOLE FAMILY. ! I love the name Carrier anD I FEEL CONFIDENT about the quality of the system you put in here . I cannot say enough good about you. When storm water built up all around the back of our house , it was overwhelming , then to see my central system flooded , water standing there at the base of my old unit - no wonder it shut off & broke down. 😭. But then when it all subsided, the damage had already been done . That's so sweet of you to come when I called you crying. Larry I will recommend you over and over again to everyone I see , hear and meet even on Line. You cannot find a better AC man than Larry !!! He's done this work for years and years . I do not recommend anyone to work here they are very unprofessional. As an employee they should be able to tell you if you still have a job or not. Not just say that there’s no work and never hear from them again. So once again I recommend anyone not to apply for employment here. They say starting time is at 8 AM you don’t start till 10 AM because they are unorganized. And very unprofessional as employers.

Climatech Air, Inc. of Savannah has excellent technicians to keep your HVAC running at peak performance to provide lasting comfort. Their newest serviceman, Devin Griffin, has the knowledge and experience required to provide the needed service. He performed the semiannual check of my unit this week. He is knowledgeable, polite, informative, and he wore a protective mask and clean booties over his shoes before entering my house giving me full confidence that he was COVID19 safe and respectful. He has my highest recommendation.

Called to have them come to do a diagnostic on my AC unit. I spoke to a young lady on the phone who took down my information and scheduled the appointment. The technician called before he came and verified my address. He explained that the diagnostic fee would be $10 more because of the distance travelled.He called me after the diagnostic was complete to explain my issue and said that he would email an estimate to repair and an estimate to replace.A few days go by and I didn't get any word on the estimate. So I call the office and speak to a woman and ask about the estimate. She says I'm too far out and that they can't do the work. So I then ask what is it that needs to be fixed. She tells me that the tech will call me back.The tech calls and explains what's broken and when I ask them why he came out and did the diagnostic service when they couldn't do the repairs due to the distance. He then told me that the girl who answered the phone was new and shouldn't have taken the call. I then asked if that was the case why didn't you tell me that when you verified my address.He explained that he just does what the office tells him to do. I told him that it was poor customer service and told me to call the office and hung up on me. I called the office and spoke to the owner. He constantly interrupted me and wouldn't allow me to finish my statement. I said "damn man, are you going to let me finish?" He said "no, I'm not" and hung up on me. I never asked for anything from either of them except an apology. I didn't ask for a refund.He performed a service. I paid for the service, under the assumption that they would do the repairs. They have high reviews but after my personal experience it seems maybe all the great reviews are personal friends.Now I have to call another AC company, pay another diagnostic fee, and then get my unit fixed.If other AC companies would except Climatechs estimate it wouldn't be so bad.The entire experience could have been handled in a much more professional manner.Too add insult to injury, we had another company come out today. They were able to repair our system on the spot, and the parts needed replaced were not the parts recommended by Climatech.

I've had great experiences with Climatech Air. They are professional and efficient. The biggest selling point for me was their 24 hour emergency services. There is nothing like calling to have your ac fixed and finding out a business is closed after 5, or on Sundays! I highly recommend Climatech and will call them everytime.

Very impressed by Climatech. Received a quote, picked an installation package, and the system was fully installed less than 72hrs later. The installers were very nice, and worked efficiently. Larry, the employee that sold us the system stopped by midway through the install to check-in, which was a nice surprise. We purchased the "Bryant Evolution" system, and it has made a 100% difference in the feel of our home. It cooled a 2k sqft home from 81 to 72 very quickly, and it is a quiet system. I would recommend Climatech/Bryant to friends and family.
