I woke up on a Monday morning with a disabled HVAC unit, installed less than 6 months ago. It turned out to be a full condensate drip pan which tripped a high-level float switch. Sure sign of a clogged drain line. This was the second time since March that this happened. I called the company from whom I purchased the unit to schedule service and was told that I'd have to wait until the next day. August in Georgia is not a good time to be waiting for HVAC service. We also had a storm coming through Savannah which prompted most businesses to close on Tuesday (my service date). I was called by the HVAC dealer and was told that I needed to reschedule my service call to Thursday. Sorry, that is unacceptable.

Tuesday morning, the storm diminished to a light drizzle, so I decided to call around to various HVAC service contractors. Climatech sent out Jose and Bubba to take a look. Within less than an hour the HVAC unit was back up and running, and Jose even showed me how to reset the tripped float switch, something that the other company told me didn't exist, probably to maximize their service calls. I am grateful to Climatech, Jose, and Bubba for helping out during a "storm" that closed Savannah and saved me from a three day wait from an unresponsive equipment dealer. Great work!

I called Climatech for an emergency issue. The HVAC tech Maurey called me and told h he would be there in an hour...he was on time! My issue was resolved, he showed me why I wasn't getting any heat, a set of wire burn loose, and tripped the breaker...total cost just under $250.00! Very honest guy, and great worker. The good thing is he explained to me everything he was doing the entire step of the way.

We appreciate the prompt replacement of a faulty a/c handler part. The new part really quieted the noisiness of the a/c unit.

Kudos to Alan again!!! He repaired our two of our three AC systems this summer on the same day I made the call!! Awesome!

This is the place you want, if you are in Savannah. Not only was it a fair price (the best) but they were on time, super professional, competent, and fixed the motor in under an hour. Called Friday evening and they fixed it Saturday! Alan was super nice and very knowledgeable. He even kept things very clean, if that is important to you. Randy and Jennifer at the office were great. I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. 6 out of 5 stars. Never going to call anyone but them!

Very professional and the maintenance guy Allen was a sweetheart. He had no problem wearing a mask and booties over his shoes while walking on my carpet when I asked/request. On time and prompt.
