I've had great experiences with Climatech Air. They are professional and efficient. The biggest selling point for me was their 24 hour emergency services. There is nothing like calling to have your ac fixed and finding out a business is closed after 5, or on Sundays! I highly recommend Climatech and will call them everytime.

Very impressed by Climatech. Received a quote, picked an installation package, and the system was fully installed less than 72hrs later. The installers were very nice, and worked efficiently. Larry, the employee that sold us the system stopped by midway through the install to check-in, which was a nice surprise. We purchased the "Bryant Evolution" system, and it has made a 100% difference in the feel of our home. It cooled a 2k sqft home from 81 to 72 very quickly, and it is a quiet system. I would recommend Climatech/Bryant to friends and family.

This is the place you want, if you are in Savannah. Not only was it a fair price (the best) but they were on time, super professional, competent, and fixed the motor in under an hour. Called Friday evening and they fixed it Saturday! Alan was super nice and very knowledgeable. He even kept things very clean, if that is important to you. Randy and Jennifer at the office were great. I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. 6 out of 5 stars. Never going to call anyone but them!

I was hesitant first because on Yelp the reviews were 2.5/5 stars. Glad the Holy Spirit directed me to them. Very good and outstanding service. Very professional and the maintenance guy Allen was a sweetheart. He had no problem wearing a mask and booties over his shoes while walking on my carpet when I asked/request. On time and prompt. The whole team was easy to work with and nice. I gave all five stars.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Incompetence, and won't own up to their mistakes. Tried to place the fault back on us for the system failing and we've kept up with our maintenance appts. Do yourself a favor and keep searching for a different hvac company

Many years ago, they were a sharp company and used them to replace my HVAC unit. Service then was excellent and a professional outfit. THEN THINGS CHANGED. New management. Called their number to get service on my mom's house unit. Lady answered, asked "Why do you need service". After explaining, she said "I'll have someone call you". Never called back. Called again, after the same interrogation, service tech came out and did not know what he was doing. Another tech came out, replacement needed . Someone would call to give estimate. No calls, after a week and me calling them, I went with Coastal. Too many companies that want business, these folks don;'t seem to care!

I am a 66/year old senior citizen and this is the message I texted this morning 01/24/2022 to Sam and Larry, technicians with Climatech. “I watched yesterday as you refilled the Freon, you said you had to order a part, you said you would have to use some dye to find out were the Freon was leaking and you said you were going to put a notice on the board for someone to check my air vents my bathroom is freezing 🥶 cold. I called you today and now you're saying "there isn't anything else you can do" and for me to talk to Larry. Larry has not helped to resolve my HVAC problems since the day I purchased it from him. You all keep shoving me around I paid $7000 and that was not easy and I'm still waking up in the middle of the night freezing 🥶 cold.”

Logan called enroute to our house and arrived at determined time.
